Shipping policy

With reference to our store sections:

1) LARGER and SMALLER FURNITURE:

– NO shipping fees IF ITEM PICKED UP LOCALLY in SPRUCE HILL, PHILADELPHIA, 19143.

– FOR SMALLER FURNITURE ONLY, FREE DELIVERY within 20 miles from Philadelphia 19143

If shipping required, all furniture is  shipped via Uship, a platform that connects shippers with a network of verified, professional carriers, each rated and reviewed by past customers and chosen with confidence. From start to finish, you’re covered with real-time tracking and white glove service, ensuring peace of mind every step of the way. A flat fee applies depending on the recipient's delivery state and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Items are delivered on the ground floor unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

Items should be inspected upon delivery by customers and any issues reported the same day as delivery, before carrier leaves.

– GROUP 1 - Orders in CT, DE, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI: $200 flat shipment fee

– GROUP 2 - Orders in AL, GA, IN, KY, NC, NH, OH, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV: $300 flat shipment fee

– GROUP 3 - Orders in AR, FL, IA, IL,  LA, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, WI: $400 flat shipment fee

– GROUP 4 - Orders in CO, KS, NE, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX: $500 flat shipment fee

– GROUP 5 - Orders in AZ, CA, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT,WA, WY: $600 flat shipment fee

– Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories: None of the above applies to these destinations . It will require a custom rate. Contact me.

– International Shipments: Not available at this time.

2) DECOR and ANNIE SLOAN PRODUCTS:

– NO SHIPPING FEES IF ITEM PICKED UP LOCALLY in SPRUCE HILL, PHILADELPHIA, 19143.
– FREE DELIVERY within 20 miles from 19143

If Shipment required, all decor and Annie Sloan products are shipped via USPS ground with insurance and real-time tracking.
